Zest appoints Nigel Dean Business Development Director

Nigel has over 30 years’ experience driving customer relationships and enhancing revenue, having previously held sales and business development roles at some of the UK’s leading telecom companies including EE, O2 and most recently BT. Nigel has also held roles in the financial services sector, which include working for a leasing division of the global ING Group.

Nigel will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with Zest partners via a number of operational and commercial models, enabling more businesses to benefit from our award-winning employee engagement solutions.

Zest’s next generation employee benefits platform significantly reduces the time and cost of implementing benefits technology, offers a seamless employee experience and provides simple tools that reduce the administrative burden for employers.

Some of our existing partners include Global human resources management software and services provider, ADP, and Australian insurance giant, Honan.
