BJSS is an IT and business consultancy that provides IT solutions across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Health & Social Care, Retail & Consumer Markets, Energy and the Public Sector. With 14 offices and 2000 staff globally, BJSS recently chose Zest as its employee benefits provider.

IG Group, an online trading provider with over 2,000 employees spread across five continents, enlisted the services of Zest in 2020. Zest was brought in to bring IG’s employee benefits offering up to date and the company was particularly impressed with the onboarding process, which took place during lockdown.

We have 170 employees, and we wanted them to have easier access to their benefits and to see exactly where we were spending money on them and the options available to them. Our previous platform hadn’t had any investment in it, and we wanted to give our employees more. Zest gave us features that weren’t previously available.
