At EB Live, we sat down with Sian Williams, Interim Head of Compensation and Benefits, Northern Europe & APAC at Atos & Eviden, to discuss their use of Zest’s platform.

What is your favourite feature of Zest?

‘I would say for us, it’s how accessible it is. It was really important when we were finding a replacement platform last year that, from an end user perspective, it was easy to use, and from our perspective behind the scenes as the administrator, that it was equally as easy to use. That’s exactly what we’ve found it to be. So that’s absolutely brilliant.’

When it comes to overall engagement of the platform for your employees, have you seen that rise since implementing Zest?

‘We didn’t actually have the right means to measure it accurately before. We could get some form of data from the platform that we had before, but nowhere near as insightful or as easy and accessible as it is with Zest. So, I think it’s been quite impressive for us. We were looking for at least 75% – 80% uptake through the tool and we achieved that and now we’re reaching for more.’

How do you find the customer service with Zest?

I would say we’ve had the most positive experience from the minute we started. From looking in the market for a replacement tool and to where we are now having onboarded Zest as our platform provider, everybody within Zest seems to have in depth knowledge of the platform. They’re responsive in terms of any teething issues and now they’re really doing what I hoped our partner would do. And they’ve helped us really transform our benefit offerings to our colleagues. So, everybody at Zest we’ve met so far has come across brilliantly.’

What is one thing that you would shout about that is fantastic with Zest?

‘That’s a really tough question because there’s quite a lot. I will answer it from maybe two different perspectives, as an employee and an end user.

I’d say the ease of use of the platform is brilliant and the fact that it does things that we have wanted our platform to do for a while, even down to the basics of confirming benefit selections. Then if I talk about it from a customer to supplier relationship, I’d say it’s the responsiveness, it’s the engagement, it’s the expertise that you have and as I say now it feels like a true partnership as opposed to that client supplier relationship.’

Would you recommend Zest?

Absolutely. 100% yes.
