A Pinch of Zest: Championing diversity, belonging and a more inclusive culture


Zest recently welcomed a distinguished panel of experts to discuss how employers can champion diversity, and provide a more inclusive culture for their staff.

‘Diversity is the root to something. We need diversity. There is so much research as to why diversity is useful, but ultimately, it’s about creating an environment where people can belong and feel safe to be able to contribute, be innovative and bring new ways of thinking and behaving into an organisational culture.’

Adrian Green

A former international athlete, advertising agency exec, and Founder/MD of PressurePoint, a people team and organisational development company that helps businesses and their teams ‘find their flow’.  Adrian is a Leadership & Top Team Coach, a Trusted Advisor to CEOs and a High-Performance Culture development specialist.

Dr Stacie Graham

A Global director – Racial Equity Programme for WPP, one of the world’s largest advertising and communication companies, Stacie is responsible for the successful delivery of WPP’s commitment to deliver $30million of investment in inclusion programmes within the organisation and wider industry. Stacie is an entrepreneurial leader who delivers social impact and a yoga practitioner who has recently published a book, Yoga as Resistance: Equity and Inclusion On and Off the Mat, which explores the intersection of yoga, social injustice, and activism.

Mark Edwards

Mark is a former Sunday Times arts and culture journalist who has evolved into a highly regarded trainer and coach, developing mindfulness, inclusion, emotional intelligence, creativity, storytelling and pitching skills in some of the world’s largest brands. He is also an author, having published 3 books, including co-authoring ‘Belonging’ The Key to Transforming and Maintaining Diversity, Inclusion and Equality at Work plus his latest book, Best Story wins; Storytelling for business success.
