To mark World Mental Health Day, Zest recently hosted a podcast that dives deeper into supporting employees in and out of the workplace.
ReadZest recently welcomed a distinguished panel of experts to discuss how employers can champion diversity, and provide a more inclusive culture for their staff.
‘Diversity is the root to something. We need diversity. There is so much research as to why diversity is useful, but ultimately, it’s about creating an environment where people can belong and feel safe to be able to contribute, be innovative and bring new ways of thinking and behaving into an organisational culture.’
Welcome back to ‘A Pinch of Zest’, our podcast that looks to add a little something extra to how you better support your colleagues.
On our latest episode, we were delighted to be joined by three fantastic panellists that brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our discussion as we discussed how employers can champion diversity, and provide a more inclusive culture for their staff.
